CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

1. Bihanai aims an overall happy and quality experience for customers purchasing a product with us.

2. However if unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of order placement, full refund will be processed to the source account within 7 working days.

3. If the product has been shipped and received at your end then the product will be eligible for return only in cases where there are defects found on the product.

4. A return request needs to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. You can mail us at bihanaireturns@outlook.com with your Order ID and a clear image of the defect.

5. In order to receive a refund, your items must be returned in all original packaging, with all original labels still attached. There must be no signs of wear, and a refund may be refused if none of the above is upheld.

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days after receipt of the returned goods. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post.
