  • What is the reverse pick-up process?
    Once you have initiated the return process for a pick-up, we request one of our logistic partner to arrange a pick up from your doorstep. They shall get in touch with you and get the item picked up. Please keep the items with all tags intact.
  • How safe are online transactions on this site?
    All online payment transactions take place in a protected area of our site, which is designed to reduce the risk of any loss, misuse or alteration of the information collected. When you have finished shopping and begin the checkout process, you should move into the protected area of our site. Once you’ve entered, the page address (URL) should change from http to https. Also a key or a closed lock should appear in the lower right hand corner of your screen to notify you of this change. You should remain in this secure zone for the entire check out process, Please check that you are still in this protected area when you type in your credit card details.
  • Do you ship internationally ?
    Yes, we do ship worldwide.
  • What is your Return/Refund policy?
    In order to receive a refund, your items must be returned in all original packaging, with all original labels still attached. There must be no signs of wear, and a refund may be refused if none of the above is upheld. In order to receive a refund, proof of purchase must be provided with the item returned. We request that you include your invoice, outlining which item you are requesting a refund. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days on receipt of the returned goods.
  • What should I do in case of manufacturing defect/damaged product/wrong product?
    If you have received a defective or wrong product, it will be eligible for replacement. A reverse shipping will be arranged once a return request has been made. We would request you to send us an image of the defect at or contact us on +91-9874463845. Return request needs to be made 48 hours after prodcut delivery. The refund will be made within 10 business days once the returned product has reached our warehouse. Please ensure all product tags, labels and packing is intact while returning the product. A proof of purchase/invoice must be provided with the item returned.
  • How Can I Cancel My Order?
    If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of order placement. Full refund will be made to the source account within 10 working days if cancelled within this time frame. If product has been shipped and recieved at your end then the product will be eligible for return only in cases where there are defects found on the product.
  • Are there any shipping charges?
    We offer free shipping on all our products for domestic shipping. For International shipping the courier cost needs to be borne by the customer depending on the dimensional weight of the parcel.
  • What do I do if my shipment is tampered?
    If the packaging is tampered or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
  • What Shipping Methods Are Available?
    We work with various courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery Xxpressbees etc. Once your order is ready we assign the pick up through one of our reputed courier partner. You will be sent a notification; including tracking number via email/sms once your product is shipped.
  • Are there any hidden charges?
    There are no hidden charges. The prices shown against each product are final prices inclusive of all taxes.
  • What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
    We use what we consider to be industry standard security technology in transferring information to process your orders. You can chose to pay using Credit card , Debit card , Net Banking and Direct deposit to our account.
